How does it work?

Bring in your devices

As a private individual, you can bring in your devices without an appointment during our opening hours. In addition to supplying the materials themselves, companies can also call on our collection service or container service.

Sorting, weighing and/or testing

Your devices are sorted, weighed and, if applicable, tested for reuse. You will then receive an overview of all sorted materials and their value.

Compensation

You will receive a compensation proposal based on this. Do you agree? Then payment is made immediately on site by cash or bank transfer. You will receive a purchase receipt or invoice.

Wat gebeurt er met de data op mijn toestel?

Of het toestel dat je binnenbrengt nu gerecycleerd of gerefurbishd wordt, de data die er eventueel op staat wordt professioneel vernietigd. Je kan hiernaast ook een een certificaat verkrijgen dat aantoont dat je data correct en grondig werd verwijderd. We hebben toestellen en software die u 100% kunnen garanderen dat uw data vernietigd werd en dit volgens de hoogste veiligheidsnormen voorgeschreven door officiële instanties zoals NATO, NSA, DIN66399,....

Hoe wordt de vergoeding bepaald die ik krijg voor mijn elektronisch toestel?

Wanneer je je toestel binnenbrengt wordt het gesorteerd en gecontroleerd. Daarna krijg je een overzicht met alle verzamelde materialen/toestellen, hun gewicht en de waarde die daar tegenover staat. We werken steeds met marktconforme prijzen. Je ontvangt van ons ook een gedetailleerde aankoopbon of factuur.

Word ik onmiddellijk vergoed?

In de meeste gevallen ontvang je onmiddellijk het bedrag dat tegenover de verzamelde materialen staat. Enkel in uitzonderlijke gevallen is dat niet mogelijk. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer er rood koper (bv. elektrische kabels ) tussen de verzamelde materialen zat. In dat geval zijn wij wettelijk verplicht om de betaling uit te voeren via een overschrijving.
